How Do I Get Started?

To find your RiderRewards member account, go to https://hdc.vipengage.com/ Select Mountainview Harley-Davidson® from the list and click "sign up free" to create a new account (If you have signed up for rewards with another dealer in Canada or the US you may just need to log in). Then enter your Mountainview Harley-Davidson® RiderRewards membership number and the access code you recieved on your welcome email.

OR log in using an existing Windows Live, Google, or Facebook account.

If you did not receive your RiderRewards Welcome email, please give us a call at (604) 792-7820 or email motorclothes@mvh-d.com

Once you are registered you can check your RiderRewards points balance, search your history, add a card, change your profile and most importantly, redeem your RiderRewards for coupons you can spend in our store.

Do You Have an App for That?

Yes we do! With the smart phone app you can check your RiderRewards balance and activate and download your coupons to your smart phone. This way you don't have to print them out. (see links below).

Do the Riderrewards® Points Expire?

No they don't. You can collect them for as long as you'd like. However, once you convert the RiderRewards to coupons, they will expire within 90 days.

How Many Points Do I Earn per Purchase?

You earn 10 RiderRewards points for every dollar you spend. So basically you get 10% back on all your qualifying purchases. See Terms & Conditions. 2500 points = $25. Your RiderRewards points can be redeemed fro $25, $50 and $100 coupons.

I Signed Up Under the Old System. What's the Difference?

Don't worry, all of your points under the previous system with transfer over to the new one. You will notice, however, you will not be receiving "cheques" every month. With the new system you get to decide when you want to spend your RiderRewards and the new RiderRewards don't expire. However, once you convert the RiderRewards to coupons, they will expire within 90 days.
