"Jack and his Team provided excellent customer service and advice as I was returning from my Texas to Alaska run. My 1998 Heritage began making "unwelcomed" sounds and I asked them to check my transmission fluid (forgot to bring that hex wrench with me). Jack not only checked the tranny but also crankcase and engine oils -- NO CHARGE! He then rallied a group of mechanices to listed to the engine sounds and concluded the lower end was about to give out. Many thanks to Jack for saving me from a possible stranded situation! YOU GUYS ROCK!"

"My 07 Ultra Classic crapped out on me on the freeway at 120k/h, the tach dropped to zero and all electrical functions shut off, then came on again. Luckily I was near the HD dealership in Chilliwack, BC. I managed to get it there and thanks to Jack Hobek I was back on the road soon. They fixed the problem immediately and at no charge. "Friday, June 18th, my son Scott & and I were on our first annual bike trip to Kamloops for Golf and on to Cache Creek. Pemberton and returning to White Rock on Sunday
About 20 miles east of Chiilwack, it began to rain so we pulled over to change into rain gear.Ready to go, I tapped down to first gear, I knew I had a problem. The shift lever threads seemed to be stripped not allowing it to go into first or any other gear.. It was 5PM and raining.
We phoned Mountainview HD ,talked with Jack [Hobek] , the Service Manager and explained our problem. He put us in contact with near by O'Conner Towing who piked us up in 45 minutes and delivered us to Mountainview HD at 6:45PM. There... was Jack and Shawn [Anderson] waiting for us . They normally close at 5:30 PM but stayed open to get us back on the road again by 7:30PM.
I want to express my utmost appreciation for the great service provided ...beyond the call of duty. After having a long day, they stayed open to see that we were looked after and could continue our trip which we had postponed three times because of weather. Thanks again Jack and Shawn for allowing us to have a great weekend. Mountainview Harley-Davidson rocks!!!

"I broke down in Chilliwack and it was after hours, the dealership had been closed for over an hour and a half.
Jack Hobek was still in service dept and when he came out he saw us in the parking lot.
He helped us fix the minor problem and i was able to get home .
I live in a remote community north of Pemberton and really dont have anyone to turn to to help with when broke down in the Lower mainland.
Jack was late for a function but still happily gave his time to help us out.
I drove down the following week and put my Bike in the shop for a complete servicing.That day he helped us he did not make a sale but he made a loyal customer.

"Just want to Thank Jack and Alex
Been riding for the better part of 38 years
My wife Paula bought me a new 2006 Heritage Softtail for Fathers Day
In late May I was cut off by a Dufus making a left-hand turn in a corner near the Shop
100 % his fault,,anyways after the dust had settle I had the bike towed to MVHD for repairs
Make a long story short Jack came out and took over::::: and promised me that the Bike would be better than new
Still in shock over the accident My wife and I went home and dealt with the insurance company and waited for the bike
When I got the phone call that the bike was ready (I never once stop in there to see how things were going on the repairs)) I went there and sure enough the bike was better than new and sounded great Jack and Alex had made the bike better than new,,,,I cannot thank Jack Hobeck and Alex Gillies enough,,After picking it up and riding very short trips I took it up to Mt Bake ona Sunday and on the way back I discovered that I only had 500 klms left until the 8,000 service,,I went in on Monday and Jack made room for the service next day Tuesday,WOWW you can not beat that for service
Jack even offer to stick around till 6Oclock for me to pick it up,,,,,, YOU CANNOT AND WILL NOT GET BETTER SERVICE THAN AT MOUNTAINVIEW H-D

"i had a flat tire on my metric bike late saturday night. dave's place was the only bike shop open sunday or monday. he graciously let me use his facilities to get back on the road. took two days because the tire was wrecked but grant found me a tire late on sunday and tom and alex helped me in the shop. monday morning i was on the road. am looking for a harley in the near future and i will be buying from him. thanks alot for the outstanding experience. "Mountainview H-D is the best there is... I own a 2008 FLSTN which I purchased at a dealership in the lower mainland. I broke down south of Yale on May 24, 2009 with no cell reception or help available to me. After I found a phone I called Mountainview Harley for help. It took a while for me to get to the dealership but Jack and Dave stayed late at the shop waiting for my bike and I to arrive on a trailer, opened the shop to get her in out of the night and got me back on the road a.s.a.p.!!! Jack went so far BEYOND the call of duty and had the techs working on my bike as much as possible in the week following so that I could get her back on time to participate in the Ride for Dad on the 31st of May. I received a call from Jack on May 30, 2009 at 6:00 pm telling me my bike was ready for pick up... Jack came back to the shop later that evening (after hours), opened the shop up so I could get my bike at 8:00pm and rode the Ride for Dad the next morning!!! I have been riding for 27+ years and NEVER have I experienced this type of Quality Service before... Needless to say I am bringing my friends to Mountainview H-D..."

"Two weeks ago (May 16, 2009) a friend took me to the dealership to meet the staff. I needed a reliable place to service my harley. Well the day started with an omelette at Cookies, then over to Chilliwack HD....about an hour later I walked out with a new 06 StreetGlide.....expensive omelette. I love the bike. Dave and his team are great. I have recommended you to my friends and will continue to do so. One friend bought his first harley from you about a week ago. Another friend will be bringing his bike to you for service.

"After being treated like a potential terrorist at "Other bike retailers". I went to Mountainview Harley-Davidson. This time, I walk in only to "dream again" I was greeted by Marla & Jackie. They called Dave over. And after a small chat, I felt right at home. Dave introduced me to Brayden. (Now, I'm shaking with excitement) He showed me around and introduced me to All to the Guys at Parts & Service, and Teresa. Next thing I hear from Dave is "You are Approved, Anything You want"
I went and grabbed a cup decafe,to slow my heart.
"What a TEAM of people". Over the next 3 days They helped me put MY ride together. 2008 Streetglide Ani. Every minute after work I was there, asking 1000's of questions. And slowly SMILEY was out the door, going to pick up My Wife, (She new I was out LOOKING at Bikes...) 6 Months later, I'm still Smiling and riding whenever I can.(YES still Married) and she enjoys the King Tour Pak with the back rest. Thanks to the parts and Service Team! My Heartfelt Thanks To EVERY-ONE at Mountianview for EVERY THING They did to get this 12yr old trapped in a 46yr old body Out on the road, screaming in the wind.

"As a recent below knee amputee I found myself wondering how I would be able to ride my bike.....should I be looking at a three wheeler or maybe an electric shifter? All of these questions.
All I knew was that I just needed to still be able to ride.
So off to Mountainview Harley Davidson in Chilliwack to see Dave and the gang.
Right away Dave ordered me up an electric shifter and then took me back to see Alex. Of course Alex being the smart guy that he is had already been thinking about myself and my bike and what he could do for me before I was even there to do a deal.
About a week after that day Steve rode my bike out to the shop and Alex, Shaun & Dave spent time with me to see what would be the best way to get my foot sitting in the right spot as well as what they could do with my heal/toe shifter. It didn't take Alex long to figure out what to do. He moved the whole shifter assembly and footboard out about an inch and took my highway pegs off of the engine protectors and added them to my shifter levers so that I would be able to hit the shifter to put it into neutral for the electric shifter.
Well by the time he was finished with my bike I had an electric shifter that works very well but I can also go through everyone one of my gears using my prosthetic foot and leg........so now I have the best of both worlds.
So the end result is that I picked up my bike on September 13th, rode it for about five hours and then rode all day Sunday in a Poker Run (won that too).
This my friends made up for the five months that I was in the hospital and the rehabilitation hospital in Vancouver. I have to say I have not felt that much joy since I got my new leg and was able to walk again.
I cannot thank Dave and Lori enough for their generosity in getting me back on my bike......and to Alex, you are the best. To the rest of the front end and shop staff you are so kind to be so helpful.
You guys are best and please don't ever stop being the caring bunch that you are.

"Well it is probably my own fault,karma you could say. Friday afternoon my friends bike broke down and I was teasing him about it, well Jack and the service group went out of thier way, over and beyond, managing to fix his bike and having him on the road before the end of the work day, great job. Here is where the karma kicks in, Saturday morning I was going to go for a ride, wouldn't you know it my bike was broke, once again the crew at mountainview, on a busy Saturday, were able to come pick up my bike and repair it before the end of the day, so Sunday here I come, the weekend was not a total loss. Thanks to everyone at Mountainview for another outstanding job, you guys/gals are definatly #1,great job."

"Wow the service is great!! I pulled up after a nice long sunny ride out to Harrison Mills last week.... thinking I should check the oil. I walked in asked for a price quote to change the oil and the next thing I knew I was in and out within 1/2 hour with no appointment. The service and advise that I received regarding my regular servicing was the unbelievable. What a great bunch of guys and the knowledge level from Henry, Jack and Bary... you guys have won my heart. When was the last time you were able to watch your ride being serviced first hand. Sorry guys about my chirping alarm... it's a warning that my baby was crying out for me. "What a great experience buying a new bike should be. The staff at Mountainview certainly enhance that. Up untill my visit to Mountainview I was dissapointed with the attitude of the 'bigger' dealerships who quite honestly made me feel like THEY were doing me the favour selling me one of their bikes. I live in North Vancouver with 2 larger HD dealerships a lot closer to home than these guys. Without doubt, I am more than happy to drive the distance to receive the customer care and appreciation that all the staff showed me, in clear and complete contrast to what I had experienced to this point. Being that his jacket is only a year old we figured we could just replace it. We were dissapointed to learn that we could not purchase a replacement liner as they were unavailable. "My first experience with a motorcycle was at about age 5 when my uncles put me on an old bike and pushed me up and down the driveway at my grandparents house. I have fond memories of that experience and have been in love with motorcycles from that day forward.
One day I found myself sitting in a friends car outside HD of Chilliwack telling him I would not go in becuase I knew I could have to buy one if I ever stepped inside the door. Well he out lasted me and I went in, two weeks later I was the very proud and excited owner of a 2005 Roadking Custom. My wife didn't want to ride with me for the longest time and then one evening after dinner I said I was going out for a ride and she said that she would like to come. We got about 5km down the road and she said that she had forgotten how much she enjoyed riding.
We went on a few road trips over the next year and a half and one day my wife says that I need to deal with her comfort while we are riding down the highway in Washington so I take my cell phone out of my windshield bag and call the Chilliwack shop and order a new 07 Ultra. I hang up the phone and tell her I dealt with it and she says good.
We take delivery of the new bike and put on 17000km on it before getting a new 08 Anniversary Ultra.
I have to say that the entire staff at the Chilliwack shop are great to deal with and while some shops talk about after sales service and support Dave and his staff actually deliver it.
Few companies provide the service and comitment to their customers that Mountainview Harley Davidson does.

"Latest round of events concerning my bike gave me time to spend with a lot of your staff, right from front door to back door (except Dave you're very seldom around- lol). The service that I have received from all of these people, from the time that they've personally greeted me as I come through, to the service that I receive from each and every one of them has been wonderful. Your service department always seems to make time for any concerns that I have with my bike and seem to be able to fit me in on very short notice, in a timely manner. This all makes me feel kind of special. The only other people that have ever laid wrench on this bike is when I've been on a trip and out of reach of you, oil change, etc. If there was a complete major breakdown,I would package it up and send it to you for repair...as this is the great type of work that I receive from your shop. I just want to acknowledge the care and attention that I am receiving from all of your staff, especially the maintenance. It is hard to say without picking any special person out as they all treat me equally, but I guess I would have to give Alex a special thanks; since Alex is doing the work on my bike (which I have asked for because he is the one who knows my bike the best), each one has their own little quirks. It appears that your staff are quite communicative amongst all departments because they all seem to know what is going on with anything that I've needed work done on; which only helps the knowledge of your staff to help other customers.

" COMING FROM COMOX EVERY YEAR FOR A RIDE WITH OUR OLD BUDDIES, WE HAVE NEEDED HELP ON TWO TRIPS. YEAR BEFORE LAST WE HAD A SCREW IN OUR FRONT TIRE AND THE SERVICE MANAGER, JACK GOT US IN THE SHOP RIGHT AWAY AND FIXED THE FLAT TIRE EVEN THO THE SHOP WAS BOOKED SOLID. THIS YEAR WE CAME TO THE POKER RUN WITH CARB PROBLEMS AND JACK WAS ABLE TO SHOEHORN US INTO A FULLY BOOKED SHOP AGAIN.
IT SEEMS THAT WHEN EVER WE NEED HELP, YOU GUYS ARE READY, WILLING, AND ABLE TO SURPASS EXPECTATIONS AND COME TO THE RESCUE.

"My son and I were recently on a road trip which took us through Alberta, British Columbia and Washington state. Me on my 83 shovel and he on his 96 Dyna. As we crossed the border from Washington back into BC at Sumas, my son encountered some problems with his Dyna so we decided to stop at Chilliwack HD to see if we could get help. Being an old shovel rider, I lost my faith in Harley Davidson franchises many years ago and didn't expect much. But wanted to let you know that the service we received from Dave and his service staff (Barry and Alex) was second to none. They immediately acknowledged we were on a road trip, got the Dyna straight into the shop, got the work done and got us back on the road within less than 2 hours of walking in the front door on a busy Friday afternoon. Bought my 04 Fatboy from the other guys, and had some service issues so decided to check out the guys in the Wack.
